Shipping policy
1. Fulfillment vs. Shipping Time
It is important to remember that these are two separate windows.

Fulfillment: Most products take 2–5 business days to create.

Shipping: This begins once the item leaves the facility. The total time to reach your customer is Fulfillment + Shipping.
2. Shipping Methods & Speeds
Printful typically offers three main tiers of shipping:

2026 Service Update: As of March 2026, shipping services to several countries in the Middle East are temporarily suspended due to regional logistics impacts. Always check your Printful Dashboard for the most current list of restricted destinations.
3. Shipping Rates: Flat vs. Live
You can choose how you charge your customers based on two systems:

Flat Rates: These are fixed prices based on product category and destination. For example, a single t-shirt to the US is roughly $3.99 – $4.69, with a lower "additional item" fee for multiple products in one box.

Live Rates: If you integrate with platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce, Printful can show real-time carrier rates (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) directly to your customer at checkout.
4. International Shipping & Customs
Printful uses a "closest facility" algorithm. If an order comes from Germany, they will try to fulfill it in their Latvian or Spanish facilities to speed up delivery and reduce customs fees.

Customs Fees: For international orders not covered by DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), the end customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes.

PO Boxes: Printful cannot guarantee delivery to PO Boxes; it is highly recommended to use a physical street address.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost in Transit: If a package is lost and the tracking hasn't updated for a significant period, Printful offers 100% free replacements (must be claimed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date).

Wrong Address: If the customer provides an incorrect address and the package is returned, it will be held for 30 days at the facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Marked as "Delivered": If tracking says "Delivered" but the customer claims they didn't get it, Printful generally does not cover the replacement.
